Description
This course will focus on identifying and addressing unconscious bias in committee selections, volunteer roles, and career advancements. Offering a practical experience-based approach to enhance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the field, learners will engage in reflective learning empowering them to make an impactful change toward a more inclusive working environment.

Hot Topic courses focus on unique challenges attributed to diverse populations and the rapid pace of change in research, technology, medical advances and payment models. These activities are targeted to diagnostic radiologists and other professionals interested in practice management-related topics. These activities are designed to improve knowledge and competence in responding to the challenges, diversity and advancements in the field of radiology.
